  1. RIP Richard. I remember back in the day when he was kissing everyone on FF I thought it was so gross and he was so old. Now when I see reruns I realize he was pretty young then. Oh how our perspective changes. He met his wife on FF. She was a contestant and they fell in love. Very cute.

  2. My God, he was only in his early 40’s when he was on FF????? That’s how old I am now! That’s CRAZY! He was OLD on that show! πŸ™‚

    1. Harry and I were watching Leave it to Beaver the other night (it was one of those “It’s really late, but we’re too lazy to turn off the TV and just go to bed” things) and we realized that we were older than June! Ack. But at least we were younger than Ward (Harry looked up their ages at the time on IMDB).

  3. Oh that IS very sad 😦

And yes, Polt; that is horrifying. That means he was even younger than that when he was on Match Game. *GAH*

I loved him on Hogan’s Heroes. Mostly the celebrities on Match Game were irritating and I never really watched FF.

    RIP Richard Dawson 😦
